Under Release Info here on its IMDB page, it still lists October 10 as a release date. I'm assuming that's still a go. I hope we all get a chance to see it.
It will be premiering first at the San Sebastian Film Festival in September.

Obviously, and unfortunately, that date is incorrect. From what I have heard, from people who are knowledgeable about the project, they have yet to find anybody to release the film yet. It is still doing the rounds at festivals, and I don't think it has gone to a whole lot of them. To be honest, I am surprised that it hasn't been picked up by a distributer yet. It is a great film, first of all, especially from a first time director, but there is also the appeal of David Strathairn coming off of his turn as Murrow, as well as Ian Somerhalder, who, aside from being on one of the most popular shows on TV, is just phenomenal in this film. I really don't understand why a movie of this quality has yet to be picked up, while crap like White Chicks and You Got Served get picked up left and right. It boggles the mind. Hopefully, it will come out sometime very early next year, preferably before Oscar time, as I believe there is some Oscar worthy stuff in there.

It's playing at the Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose, CA this year.
The dates are 3/10 and 3/11. It sounds good, hopefully I'll see it.
Yes, I had heard that. I hope it screens on the East Coast soon so that I can see it.
