Why does this movie have so many naysayers??

It was not meant to be Oscar material..I spent $4 to see it at the theater and enjoyed it..It was not historically accurate, but who cares?? It was fun to watch..lots of action...If I wanted to, I could RIP every movie ever made and not enjoy a single movie..I mean the people attacking this film probably watched Jackass 3 and enjoyed that CRAP(DRIVEL)..!! It was a good B-Movie..nothing more, nothing less..I have seen much, much worse at the box office that the Critics just LOVED! Have a Great Day!! :)

Yeah I agree its not as bad as all that and is being panned mercilessly. On the other hand, some people enjoy riffing on movies.

Still, I basically agree, a nice little B movie.

Personally, I didn't think it was bad. Mediocre, sure, but it was fine in its mediocrity. LOL

I enjoyed it for what it is.

It's modern to dislike everything with Nick Cage. So why don't you just jump on the bandwagon.

I like Nick Cage, just responding to a message about B-movies..I love con-air and gone in 60 secs and more including this one...I'm defending Nick Cage :)

I liked the movie..It could have been written better, but it really wasn't that bad..Just my opinion... I just can't make myself call it a bad movie...:)

I think its because of the horrible ending.
I honestly was expecting a crap movie but I really liked it! The first 80% of the movie was near perfection, but the ending was bad.

Which is wierd because I rarely ever say a movie had a bad ending.

Why? because on here some people like to attack any movie or show just for the sake of doing so. They don't even know why they are attacking what they are attacking. They just see a crowd forming and jump in so as not to be alone and have a mind of their own. They want to be a part of something even if it's a bandwagon of anykind.
