Haven't seen the movie but if the soundtrack is any indication...
I had the opportunity to listen to the "soundtrack" (if that is the appropriate term for it) for this movie a while ago, and all I can say is, if the soundtrack is any indication this movie should be locked up and never be shown to anyone. The music made me want to fill my ears with motor oil and light them on fire. I almost could not believe how bad it was. So much so, that about a month later I had the opportunity to listen to it again, this time saying to myself, "I couldn't have been all that bad..." Well it was. Now I certainly hope the music on this CD was not what was featured as a score for the film, if it was, for those who have seen it you have my sympathies. Now granted I still have yet to see the movie, maybe I will be impressed. But if this man makes music the way he makes films I will be digging my eyes out with my TV remote. Not only were the lyrics just plain silly. (I mean who writes a song about BYU security police?) but he tried to go into genres like "grunge rock" and made himself look like someone who's been living in Utah their entire lives... oh wait he probably has. All in all the soundtrack is offensive to people with ears, and if you never heard a rock song in your life, don't start with the crap strained through a microphone that is BYU Security police. I will still see the movie (thank you netflix free trial) and pull an MST3K on it, or better yet maybe see if Rifftrax will take it on.
