independent film fest

i could watch independents all day. they're odd, funny, creative, but mostly incredible.
however, i know it does take a certain understanding of film and theatrical arts for most people to really get independents.
personally i thought it was great, but i'm seeing a lot of negativity. before i started studying theatrical arts 6 years ago, i may not have liked it either. but after years of doing the same thing in theatre, i know why that movie was incredible, and just about every other movie i've seen. independents are just about the best movies you will ever see...they are done differently from regular movies in just about every way...
so just look at it and consider it...dont knock anything until you've looked at it from every single angle.
