Anyone know where I could possibly download it? I've tried torrentspy, thepiratebay and emule.

It IS on eMule. It's called simply "Sweeney Todd", so it could be confused with the other versions of the story.

If you live in the UK and have Telewest then you can watch it through their Teleport TV service for free.
