reply

Just give me the website man. Dont make claims without giving references. and NO i'm not crazy nor am I high. If its featured top 10, it would be on top 10 lists of IMDb, and it werent when I last checked and it still aint on top 250. So stop craking up and just give a damn RELIABLE website that claims this.

reply

Dude, you're totally misunderstanding. It's painful to watch someone dig a hole for themselves. It was on the UK box offce top 10 or something, not imdb's. Nothing to do with imdb top 250 or anything.

reply

I still find that a little hard to believe man. I don't see a reliable source. I did google it and came across various sites that I never heard of claiming this but for all I know, anyone could create a website and make this claim. (I have my own website and I can for instance put on a rumour which would soon be caught up like a forest fire thanks to the internet phenomenon). Anyways, this proves, if anything, only one thing. UK is full of Tamils. That is if the claim is indeed true.

In my leisure time I often assist people unable to do quality Internet browsing and make them perfect independant browsers.

Ah btw, here is the link - http://www.imdb.com/boxoffice/?region=uk&date=2007-06-15

Good for you man. I must admit, I am quiet surprised by it. I suppose UK is indeed filled with Tamils who praise Rajinikanth.

reply

It is, I live here. Saw it on some box office show sometime ago to confirm it.

All the self respecting tamilians(or indians for that matter) should hack all the sites that talk about the comercial success of this movie and try to shut them down. 'cause i am ashamed to be say that i come from the part of the world where this movie was made or identify with people who enjoyed this movie. I hope no one other than indians are aware of the success of this movie. I hope no one working at the multiplex (not even the janitor) even peeked into the hall. and i hope no one saw(or remember) me entering or leaving the hall. i wish we could somehow erase the very fact that this movie ever made.
All the people who think that its "CoooooL !!!! " that this movie made it to the UK top 10 should think about how it reflects on indians if ever (god forbid) a nonindian should watch this movie thanks to all the hype about its comercial success. They are going to make a sweeping generalisation about all the indians in just about the same amount of time it takes for you to say "Sivaji – The Boss".

reply

To be fair, if non-Indians watched this and formed an opinion about Indian cinema, it would be mostly right. That it sucks.
