Plot Holes??

A couple of the message board posters mentioned some serious plot holes in the movie. I did see the movie, but probably because I went with the expectation of mindless masala entertainment, I didn't really pay attention to plot holes - can anyone name me like the top 3 or 4 plot holes in the movie?
