They needed nfld jokes, since alot of ppl in other parts of canada couldn't understand newfoundlanders, they should of made a new found lander talk and have subtitles that where both french and english.

A couple of Ontario fellows where in bar outside Sudbury when one confided in the other:
“You know, I once was dead but was sent back to earth.”
“Really” asked the other. ”How so?”
“Well one day me and a guy from Newfoundland and a guy from Quebec were driving through Ottawa and we were involved in a terrible wreck. We all died and were standing before St. Peter at the gates of heaven. He told us heaven was having a one day special and that for 500 bucks each he would send us back. “Done” I said and handed him the money and poof, I was standing next to the wreck unhurt.”
“Wow” said the friend. “What happened to the other two guys?”
“I don’t know” he replied. “The last thing I remember was the Newfie haggling about the price and the guy from Quebec insisting the federal government pay for it.”
That's funny. I'm from Newfoundland, but I don't have a strong accent. Most of the people from where I live just talk really fast. It's funny.
