'Colour Blind' (may contain spoilers)

Did anyone else notice the Othello-like storyline in this episode? Gus Philips, being Othello, was the successful black man who gets set up by his supposed best friend. There were shades of Iago in Tom Drake, Gus's best "friend." And then Amy was Desdemona, who fell in love with Gus and remained totally loyal to him in spite of everything.

I just also wanted to say that I really enjoyed the series, and I think Elaine Cassidy was excellent throughout, putting in a gritty and edgy performance.

This was arguably the best episode of the series and very gripping. You weren't quite sure about Adrian Lester's highly decorated cop and by the end, with all the domineering from Pete and Carol and crosses and double-crosses, Amy had reached breaking point, forcing her to quit.

There was a little action in this one, too.
