Just watched all 7 episodes. Brilliant TV

I missed most of it when it was on in 2005 and just, finally, found all the episodes.
I watched them over 3 nights.
It was such a well-made and acted drama. Every episode had good new supporting actors.
But the real chemistry was between Amy and Pete. I'd like there to have been more.
I wish Channel 4 would make another series but I don't hold out much hope. 4 years since this series and they never go back to shows that they only made one series of.
But why don't they break from tradition. A 4 year gap would fit nicely into the characters lives.
We could have it that Amy left the ICPP, maybe married Pete and they moved to Europe say.Then McKay has new assignments for them but Amy is reluctant at first to get involved.
Or maybe she stayed with Adrian Lester's character and they got married but she got deeper and deeper undercover.
There are all sorts of good resons with a good script to do another series.
I'm sure Elaine Cassidy and Jonas Armstrong would love to reprise their roles. So far it's the best TV they've been involved in and Jonas has now left Robin Hood.
Come on Channel 4- do another series. The characters and chemistry was great.
