Was anyone else disturbed by that scene where...

...those girls beat up that Policeman in (I think) the first or second episode?

I just found it really disturbing how they all ganged up on him then the ringleader urinated on him.

Am I the only one who couldn't stop laughing during this episode? I mean that girl gang was f$#*ing hilarious--a pack of white girls (in pastel colored clothing, no less) who looked like they stepped out of an Abercrombie and Fitch ad. I mean...really? Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the series--but surely they could have done better on that one. Unless there really are packs of skinny, pale, would-be Abercrombie catalogue models terrorizing the streets of England. I couldn't stop thinking of that Bill Hicks bit (http://thinkexist.com/quotation/so-i-m-over-there-in-england-you-know-trying-to/347425.html) about a gang of hooligans in England.

"and so, for the sake of momentum..."

Yeh there really are packs of chavy white girls wearing sweats, its not anything like abercrombie as we dont have that here. Those types of people are really annoying and it wouldnt surprise me if they actually did go out and pee on people or in public. Lol

Girls of that sort seem to show up on a number of British shows... Doc Martin, Little Britain, etc... usually as comedy fare but also violent as well... such as in 'Eden Lake' and this TV drama.
What was new to me in this episode of Ghost Squad is that it was implied the girls were at least part-time prostitutes... having a pimp that showed up at the police station and such. Who would want to put their boat in that lake? Ick!
