Leaving Emma Roberts who did some justice to the Nancy character and Rachel Leigh Cook, the entire cast was miscasted such as Ned,Corcky,Bess.George.
the casting agency did a horrendous job with this movie.
Yeah, Ned and Bess weren't how I pictured at all. And why on earth did George have blonde hair?!
I thought Emma was cute though, even though she wasn't how I always pictured. She made up for it in being adorable. xD

I'd have to agree. I did NOT like the casting for Ned, Bess, George, and even her father. They're not how I imagined them to be.
shareNed and Carson were both physically different than I imagined, but I liked the way they played the parts so I'll give them a pass. I don't know who I'd pick for Ned, but the best Carson Drew ever (IMO) was definitely William Schallert from them Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew mystery show from the '70s. He's exactly like I imagined him when I read the books.
I would have liked a brunette George.

Specially that Corky character. He was so annoying and spoiled the whole movie. If you remove the Corky thing from the movie, it would make no difference to the storyline.
