Apparently Time Stands Still

According to the clock on the wall in the house, the entire movie took place at 3:00 (or thereabouts).

Yes, a good point - I noticed. this. One could say of course that the clock had stopped because of the battery being dead (I have an interest in horology)

With respect to the quailty of the production, one *could* suspect that the set dressers forgot to change the battery. That would make sense.

The battery being dead as part of the story I think would be just too easy.

I had to look up "horology". I resisted the temptation to make the obvious jokes. Heh heh...

Thanks - I have just seen your reply. When I see a movie which has a scene with a clock I look to see if the hands move to denote the passing of time - this to me makes it all the more convincing. If you can have a look at the movie BACK FROM THE DEAD (this has a scene with a grandfather clock - the actors have a discussion and the clock hands movie ten minutes).

3:00 is the haunting hour... perhaps it was intentional.

This movie wouldve been hard to sit through if it wasnt for the hot blonde.
