Weird King Move,,

So I was just playin the game (the online version) and had started with King again (because my safefile got smashed during a blackout while saving) and as I fought against Heihachi in ghost battle in the arena with tiger statues (and lighting and what-nots).. So I had just kicked H down and then I just pressed all of the buttons (triangle, square, X and circle) and up and down at the same time and King did a Power-up (you know, where his energy is powering up through his body and then in one hit, I kick Heihachi down and out..

But here's the thing.. I tried to do it in practice and it doesn't work.. Maybe I'm wrong about the button thing, so if any of you know how to do it, please answer..
