Is this some kind of joke???

I really liked this movie. The soundtrack was great (Joel Plaskett, etc.) and the story was touching. I found it funny..."A good woman's hard to con."...lol I even found myself laughing at stuff I normally wouldn't find funny, like the news anchor's on-air bruised face after the mom punched him out.

I'm going to have to start watching all the movies that are rated poorly and avoid the ones rated well because it seems my tastes are in complete opposition to IMDB average scores...
