While it wasn't perfect, it's message was pretty much great and I adore Douglas Smith so I enjoyed it.

The thing I don't get is, what was with the stoner guy? That was so random, it was just something for Duane to overreact about so he'd loose Molly. But why was she on a date with a stoner guy who looked super old and thought she lived with a roommate and not her parents? Or maybe I misinterpreted that part? Explain please!!

She does love with her parents (or her dad, at least). I'm pretty sure she lied to him about her age because she's still in high school, and about having a roommate to have an excuse not to invite him into her house.
