Question about a misunderstanding

Hello.
I've got two question about a misunderstanding between Annie and Sam.
In the end of the S02E03 there is a little conversation between Annie and Sam. They refers the events before (Annie helps Sam despite of the disagreements and because of this they can solve the current case).

Sam: "Listen, I forgot to say thanks. I owe you one."
Annie: "For what?"
Sam: "For helping me."
Annie: "KitKat'll do nicely."
Sam: "Tell you what, seeing as it's you, I'll make it a Chunky one."
Annie: "Chunky?"

So. The first question is what does it mean: "KitKat'll do nicely"? Is KitKat like kitten or something (referring to Annie herself [maybe as policewoman] or generally to women)? OK maybe it's a stupid question but in Hungarian this chit chat is... lost its humor or something. Is this sentence means something like "she plays fair" (see above she help Sam to solve the case - even though they had some disagreements).

And the second question: Annie misunderstands the sentence "Tell you what, seeing as it's you, I'll make it a Chunky one." What does it mean "I'll make it a Chunky one"? OK I know the explanation kills the joke. But in Hungarian subtitle here is a bad joke (or not bad but poor joke) and I see Annie is incensed or something. I think she believes that Sam used "chunky" in the sense of "fat" or you know in sense of her shape. But maybe Sam used a slang that Annie couldn't understand (because Sam came from the 21th Century or something). So "I'll make it a Chunky one" maybe means something like "I'll bet (a lot of money) on it" (referring e.g. he knows Annie and he knew she will help him)?

Please forgive my stupid questions but English is not my native language and slang is hard for me.

Thanks.

A Kit Kat is a chocolate bar that has been going since before the 1970s. Chunky Kit Kats have been a thing since around the 1990s or afterward. Annie wouldn't know what a chunky Kit Kat is, because it hasn't been invented yet.

Oh thanks.

I didn't think about the Kit Kat.

OK so the cause of the misunderstanding is really the two meanings of "chunky".

So Annie simple "asks" a KitKat and Sam says he'd like to give a Chunky Kit Kat (but he was clumsy or... you know he uses wrong phrase) like "I'd like to give a Chunky one (Chunky Kit Kat) only to you (because she was a special person to him)" and Annie misunderstood it (because in 1973 Chunky Kit Kat didn't exist).

Sorry for this mess :S

A KitKat is a chocolate bar. Chunky ones are less common but considered special. Unfortunately, Annie thought Sam’s promise to get her a chunky one was a snide way of calling her “chunky”, which means heavy or fat in that context.
