People Can Sue...

if someone came into my house and wrecked it, I'd sue the crap out of them. This is obviously scripted because no one would be stupid enough to do this.

yeah, well, if someone came into my house and wrecked it, I'd sue the crap out of them too. BUT if Ryan Dunn came into my house and wrecked it... well I'd ask him to wreck my summer cottage too.
I don't care is the show scripted or not, I think it's funny as it is.

The show is way too scripted. Kinda like the last season of Viva La Bam. I think they should joke with it like they did with Wildboyz, maybe have Bam or Raab play the people (with like fake moustaches and glasses).

of course it's scripted. I saw it last night, Only funny thing worth watching about it is the pranks he shows and does on himself.

It would take a week to wreck someone's room like that, yet the person who owns the bedroom is no where to be seen. it's stupid.

I think if you notice they don't really wreck much of anything. They move everything out of the room and then cover the walls and floors with boards. I have a feeling when the show is done the crew comes in and puts it all back. I don't think their stuff gets destroyed, it's just the shock.

I suspect they measured up the room first, then the crew built the props over the course of a week or two. Then, come in once the victim has left for work/school and install it. They just ~imply~ that the events take place in the course of a day, not unlike how some "bunch of people in a house" reality shows appear to take place continuously when in fact they are most likely only there on weekends. (Unfeasibly rapid beard growth from one episode to the next can be a giveaway.)

After the reveal, they presumably load out the live (or dead) animals and people and the most heinous effluvia right away, then bring in the crew to restore the room the following day.
