Mike Myers wannabe

This bloke is just NOT funny. He also plays on his slight Mike Myers resembleance.

From what I've seen of SNL over the past few years, which is VERY little as I'm from the UK, it's turned from a breeding ground for talent, into a wasteland for wannabe's and never will be's, of which this Fallon bloke is definitely one! He's virtually unknown over here in the UK.

What's funny is the fact that you posted this on this page which has barely anyone going on it instead of his Jimmy Fallon page...

CHICKEN!!!!
Dude, seriously, if Jimmy's such a 'nobody' then why say anything?

Hello, fellow Britain here. In response to the other guy, i have to say that you are both right and wrong.

It is true that Jimmy Fallon is not well known in England becase we don't have Saturday Night Live on tv very often (and when it is, its only Will Ferrel or somebody who's now big in films).

Yet i know who Jimmy Fallon is. I noticed him in the Cowbell Sketch, and then i saw he hosted the VMAs and the Movie Awards. So i got the Best of...DVD and found who he was.

I think Jimmy does something different from Mike altogether

some reasons- Jimmy did Weekend Update.
-He does song impersonations.
-He is Van Morrison.
- He IS Barry Gibb

But Mike Myers is something different all together - Dieter, Wayne Campbell.

Only time they are the same would be the Mick Jagger impersonations. But that would be like saying Will Forte and Will Ferrell are the same because they do George Bush. And Jarret's Room does appear to be an updated version of Wayne's World.

Maybe you should get the 'Best of Mike Myers' and compare before saying something like that.

Yeah, he's virtually unknown here in Oz. We don't get SNL on normal Tv, only AUSTAR which is super expensive. It doesn't mean he is a nobody though, he bought great things to SNL. Im not arguing or picking a fight though, just saying and making an opinion. Oh, btw I watched the Mike Meyers Best Of and compared, I can only see an ounze of similarity. I dont think SNL would hire someone who would already bring an old talent to the show, they would want fresh new talent with appeal in all different areas and aspects.

Well, hope I made my opinion clear and concise, take care of ya'selves
