I watched about 10 minutes of this, and it was such a godawful mess already that I couldn't go on. That's a rare thing.

The acting was TERRIBLE and the story had no edident shape. There was no consistency even (what's with the sudden voice-over narration beginning well into the thing?). It seemed like a high school project made by people who had some idea that movies are made but no idea how.

The OP must of tried out for a part and was rejected. Because the man who played Fish did a better job then Anthony Hopkins did playing Hannibal and the role of the lead detective was excellent. A very good movie that I caught on the Chiller channel. I would love to see it without commercials.
