So heavily edited on CBMT, what happens to Claire unclear

I had a feeling I did not see the whole movie, first from the movie quotes posted on IMDB, then from the very, very abrupt ending. (Andy makes a comment to his wife that he would be with Claire always, then cuts to credits.)

Wow, 3 hours with commercials from the other posts, so CBC took away half the story. . . .

I thought the scene where Andy tells his wife he did more than have feelings for this woman, he had sex with her, was very well done. The rest was kinda average and I had no understanding of what happened to Claire, other than she would die, of course.

I think that the second part airs this week on CBC. Check your local listings.

I would have been helpful if tvlistings.zap2it.com had included that little detail. I don't think I would have understood the listing was for the next part, not a repeat of the first.
