background player - almost

I remember when I first came to LA, they posted for paid background players. I went all the way there in the middle of the night and they sent me right back saying they "screwed up" and didn't need me. A producer said he'd make sure and help me out in the future. After many calls, I never heard from them again. First Hollywood lesson in the can. Serves them right to go straight to video with bad reviews, heheh.
