Most critics (and the American Film Institute) agree that Citizen Kane is the greatest film ever made. The fact that it only walked away with 1 award is simply shocking.

I've seen everything Malick has made, back to Badlands, waiting for some proof he is something other than a self-indulgent ass. I'm still waiting. Malick fans are the smug, 'artiste' types who actually collect $50/lb coffee, worry about their gluten levels, and shop for cars by comparing torque levels.
