Ask me anything about ruby i know what you're thinking why post ruby help on the emerald board but the ruby/saphire boards are empty so i thought i'd come here instead.

I'm having a Feebas problem in Emerald, but I'm sure the same thing would happen in Ruby. Here goes; I fished with a Super Rod on each tile on route 118, and eventually found and caught a Feebas. Obviously I wanted to evolve it, so I used Chesto berries with the three in-game characters in the Lilycove Contest building, to make dry Pokeblocks. I kept feeding these to Feebas, but it couldn't eat anymore eventually. So I used a Rare Candy on it, hoping it would evolve, but it didn't. It couldn't eat more blocks, so my only hope was to catch another Feebas. Problem is, it's not on or around the tile where I caught the first one. I haven't changed the trendy phrase at Dewford town, mixed records with another game, etc. Why can't I find one in the same spot? If all else fails, I may fish on each tile yet again to find another, but it could take hours.
sharejust breed it with a ditto and get another Feebas. and i dunno about 'dry' pokeblocks, but im pretty sure its supposed to be blue pokeblocks to make it beautiful so it eveolves. and try not to use rare candies. im not sure if it'll affect whether it evolves or not, but it won't make the pokemon as strong as could be.
sharesorry i haven't repplied been busy lately okay one to make feebas evolve make it max out on beauty then take it put it at the front and battle with it this will make it happier, finally get it up a level and a milotic shall be yours thats how i did it, secondly as soon as you catch the first feebas the tile it was on will change so it may take a while to find another

dont know about that but in my game (sapphire) i cought about like 3 feebas out of that 1 tile..........
i have a question and it is......
how do u get to mirage island ..........cause its so hard also does anybody know any cheats or valuable info
