In the director's defense

I don't particualr care for this director's movies (except THERE'S NOTHING OUT THERE. That was great!) but there should be a special place in hell for people who berate low budget films and filmmakers like him.

These films are made for practially nothing!

If you have to bitch about excess and money wasting look no further than Hollywood, where Hundreds of millions of dollars are blown every week on ONE product.

While I think NIGHTMARE MAN shouldn't have cost a quarter of a million dollars* it's still nothing to get angry about. So you armchair critics should just lay off!

*Coming from somebody who spent considerably less on a Western which, for my money, looks better and has a lot more production value.
