It takes some serious balls to include an orgasm-faking scene in a movie, after When Harry Met Sally - that really was the last word on fake orgasms, especially because it was the first time that kind of thing was done on film.
So to put it in this movie - adding nothing original too it - very poor judgment. Totally unoriginal and hackish.
It was my least favorite part of the movie. It was definately hackish. And I like the movie, more than I thought I would.
shareMy guess it was there to inject a little sexuality (and possibly interest) in the films lumbering second and third quarter. God knows they weren't going to rely on the killer-in-the-mask to keep things interesting.
NM is one of the more sexually driven of the After Dark 2007 films, but it's almost all at the beginning or the end of the film.
It's also the only time the blonde does anything sexual (of the 3 actresses, she's the one who never takes it off) I guess the director was protectove of her or something.

I thought the orgasm that this woman did was a 100% more believable than Meg Ryan's.
