Running Time

I saw this on a Starz movie channel tonight, and it was only 81 minutes. Does anyone know if it was originally made to 90 minutes as imdb shows and then later cut, or was that a broadcast time including commercials - was it ever shown on commercial TV? - or something else?

Whether its 90 or 81 mins please take those minutes and do something productive while NOT watching this movie. Please I beg you.
