What the heck was with the showgirl on the DVD menu and at the very end of the movie? Can someone explain her significance (beside a little T&A)? I'm lost.
Overall I enjoyed this, even if it was a bit of a jumble. Enjoyed Antony Hegarty and the Wainwright siblings and Nick Cave the best.
I was puzzled by that image as well. It certainly wasn't in keeping with the spirit of Leonard's songs. Why not include an image of a performer? Was the silicon-injected showgirl even in the film? Oh well, it reminded me to pick up grapefruit at the supermarket.
I also enjoyed the performances, particularly the Rufus and Martha Wainwright, but overall I'd rather hear a Cohen concert, maybe when these folks backing him.
