and i agree, they are cheesy, some just down right bad. But they are also fun, and they are made for tv. They are also free, and fresh. I give a lot of credit to the Scifi channel for at least trying to give its viewers new material, good or bad. So slam away, but be grateful that scifi channel at least tries to make new movies while most of the other channels give us more of the same boring fare they are noted for.

I love these movies because they remind of those hokey movies I used to watch on Saturday afternoons when I was kid!
I think that a lot of people have been spoiled by Lord of the Rings and the like to the point they expect everything to have that budget (even though in a few years younger viewers will probably laugh at current movies as being dated and unbelievable).
People should take them as they are: cheap fun and not to be taken too seriously.
