Lions Gate is releasing this to DVD (Region 1) 7/11/06 under the name "The Butcher"; probably to save from confusion with their awful "Dark Harvest" and "Dark Harvest 2".

-marketing person 1: "We should really change the name to something that the consumer won't confuse with our awful "Dark Harvest" franchise...let's think of something catchy...you know, something above the mundane, something that will stand out".

-marketing person 2: "How about "The Butcher"?"

-marketing person 1: "Brilliant"

-marketing person 2: "We can have a picture of a skeletal hand in a jar for the DVD cover...bones in jars really scare the piss out of people"

-marketing person 1: "Brilliant...now let's hop in my SUV and hurry across the street to Starbucks and re-fuel our big creative brains"

-marketing person 2: "Right behind ya' boss"
