Jeffrey Combs

Mr. Combs is like a personal hero to me. He has created some of the most marvelous and memorable film characters in modern fantasy and horror. So my question is: what is he doing in this movie? Did he have a boat payment to make or something?

Ooo, baby, your domestic gross is SO BIG. That's how I know how GOOD you are!

reply

My guess is that he got a good pay cheque for two days of work.

His being in this movie doesn't surprise me at all. I see him in terrible movies more often than good ones. He's almost always the highlight too.

Very true. And I can totally see taking a role in a terrible movie, if you've got the GOOD role. But he's barely even IN this movie, and he isn't even memorable!

You would think considering that Mr. Combs was a regular on star trek 'ds9' for 7 years as well as 'enterprise' that he could pay the bills on that alone (going to a trek convention or too when money got tight). That being said, he's one of my favourite actors and in my opinion, very under-rated.

Yes, the only reason I sat through that terrible waste of film was to see him. In fact, I have watched several very bad films JUST to see him. He's my favorite actor, and so damned cute, so it was worth sitting through the rest of "Satanic" as well as "The Blackwater Valley Exorcism" and "Felony".

"Blackwater Valley Exorcism" was a least interesting. "Felony" was funny. I adore Jeff too, but this was just plain bad.
