I learned a new word today. . .

Hagiography. This movie was hagiographic. I enjoyed it, I guess. It didn't give me a ton of new info (but I probably know more about Lennon and the Beatles than most people my age (21)). It would have been better if they used Lennon's targeting as a jumping off point, and talked about the movement from there. The title itself presents a false dilemma: Either your country or this great, amazing, martyr of a man.

Certainly not the worst documentary I've seen (*cough* fahrenheit 9/11*cough*), but was a little over the top with the Lennon-loving.

This "movie" is a gem, as is "Fahrenheit 9/11"

I think it's more simbolic, like "People vs. Larry Flint" and criticizes the antagonistic fallacy said by most of US presidents "... love it or leave it", "... if you're not with us, you're against us" and this kind of low IQ logic
