Things I learnt from watching S.P.L (Spoliers)

I saw this done on the Commando thread here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088944/board/thread/13210857?p=1

Things I learnt from watching S.P.L

1) Chinese white cotton instantly absorbs blood leaving no trace.

2) There are no emergency services in Hong Kong so there is no point calling them if your fellow officers are seriously wounded or your wife and child have just had a guy fall from a window onto their car.

......and Nicholas Cage as Fu Manchu

reply

Beating a police officer with a golf club before having your henchman kill him is not against the law in Hong Kong.

reply

Seriously.

reply

- you can kick a knife hurtling toward you with 100% accuracy

- as a cop you're allowed to adopt the child who's parents were killed by the guy you're trying to put behind bars

- when an assailant is running towards you, you can't get your gun out in time, and he has time to do a full body jump over soccer goals too

reply

Don't throw Donnie Yen out the window... he'll probably flatten your wife and baby.

"Fine. You want to eat? Let's see if you can eat... PIZZA!!!"

Mob bosses only have 5-10 henchmen around them.

reply

Mob bosses can repeatedly assault cops with little to no consequences.

Putting your sunglasses on someone and killing them allows you to teleport to their friends.
