For class?

Anyone watching this film for a Spanish class? Or a film class or cultural studies class?

I'm watching it for a Spanish class and I'm just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation. I'd like to know what you think of it; being something you're watching for a grade. Do you like it? Is it something you might have watched if it weren't an assignment?

I really like the story. I'm only watching it in 10 minute segments (we're filling out a work sheet) but the story seems developed enough and the children seem very professional while still being children. I'm really loving learning Spanish so I'm watching Spanish movies when I get the chance; so I'd probably watch this if I ever found it streaming on Netflix...which it is :)

The majority of the posts on this board have nothing to do with the movie.

Hi, this is kind of late but I am also watching it for a class. I'm in a contemporary latin film class, I probably would never have heard of this movie if it wasn't for the class I do like it so far though.
