I'd say the Carnales, followed closely by the VK's. I really didn't like the Rollerz, although I did enjoy taking them out.
Close only counts with horseshoes, hand grenades, and thermo-nuclear weapons.
My favorite rival gang is the Vice Kings,followed by the Carnales,then the Rollers.I couldn't stand the Rollerz they took too much work and seemed to much like a kiddie gang compared to the rest.

I agree, xander1313--Even Troy basically called the Rollerz 'small-time' in the Instruction Manual. lol I also don't like them because of Lin dying.
...Anyway, my favorite rival gang is the Vice Kings, particularly how their Gang was based on real-life elements (The Vice Lords Gang in Chicago, and Death Row Records), and how you had to help Aisha fake her death, similar to how people say Tupac faked his death.
Plus, the VK's missions were a lot of fun. Not to say that the Carnales missions weren't fun, but the VK's were better.
