Finding the CDs

I've just hunted down each and every single CD in the game--or so I thought--according to the statistics, I'm missing one...ONE...ONLY ONE CD. I even went by the strategy guide and went through every single location all over again to see if I missed one, and I haven't! Is this some sort of glitch? Has anyone else had this problem?
