OK, this is a dopey question but was that, or was that not, Brinn at the very end of the movie. Until I saw the credits that it was a different actress I thought it was Brinn, but made up to be older. But I think now it was not Brinn, but just somebody nearly alike as Brinn, but without Brinn's fatal flaw. Yes? If so, then did she reveal the same fatal flaw by saying she followed him? Or, as I now think, she was needling him about Brinn, the girl he once rejected?

Sigh. It's hard being dopey.

don't feel dopey. I'm STILL not sure about the ending. Loved the movie though.

Yes the woman at the end is Brinn. The dude is Everett. They are having dinner to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Notice that Brinn's ring finger has what looks like a wedding ring. The dialog has them wishing each other a happy anniversary. Brinn's gift to Everett is nicely wrapped, while his gift to her is wrapped in a plastic bag.

And of course, Brinn knew what Everett got her because she was following him. Cute!
