TV Movie or Movie theatre movie

My somewhat clueless mother and I have just had a difference of opinion, if you will about this movie. She seems to think that this was a TV movie because it was done by Paramount Home Pictures, and I told her that it was in theatres. Someone please clear this matter up for her, will you? If so I would greatly appriciate it.
