Goof!

I just picked up on something i had never noticed before while watching this movie again. At the beggining of the film when they brothers are being videotaped before they are killed. There is a bunch of stuff said before kyle says "I am prime rib". But before he says that he tells the guy holding the camera that the camera wasn't on. But then when kelly prestons charectar watches the video she sees all of it. How is that possible? They messed up a little bit i think.
