Can someone explain the Two fractions?

Is that the word? The two drugdealing sides. Seen it four times and...I get lost;Between Chigur shooting"His own men"at the site to Roots character talking about a product on the loose and Chigur being a loose canon to the ones massacred at the motel to the mexicans who end up killing....you know. Same side?

The latter,They weren´t even originally on Chigurs side or were they? Was one side American,if so,why only dead mexicans at the drop?Only financed,I assume. Chigurs treachery is never explained and he seems to have no interest in money but that´s another thing.

Is it extremely simple or overtly convoluted cause it really doesn´t matter and McCarthy is just deconstructing and toying with the genre?

THe Mexicans were either hired by the accountant(Stephen Root), or were from the drug supplier. Its likely they were hired by accountant since it seems they were able to trak the bag. Chigurgh was hired by the accountant, who then hired wells after chigurgh killed the managerials.

I've always wondered about that too. Maybe he was contempt that they would doubt his capabilities and also that he prefers working solo along with wanting a bigger cut of the pie given that he can do these missions single-handedly. Less about the money, more about the representation of his compensation as well as satiating his thirst for blood.
