where were all the others on display?

Attila has two other Huns next to him in his display case; but in the scenes where Larry does a magic show for them and when he comforts him and sings rock-a-bye baby; there is a whole group of Huns.

Also, in the scene where Larry has the army of Romans attacking him; there are more miniatures in said army than what was seen earlier/could fit into the diorama.

Also; in the background in scenes throughout the movie; various unimportant characters can be seen including pilgrims, vikings, Inuits, Victorians, a Buddha statue, a terracota soldier, an Imperial Guardian Lion, a woolly mammoth, various American, African and Carribean indigenous peoples, some Incan women with an alpaca, and others; but it is not shown what rooms they are on display in. It's like they just appear out of nowhere once everything in the museum comes alive.

So where are all of these guys supposed to be coming from? Are they in rooms which are in the museum but are not shown, or in storage in the back, or what?

Probably

I'm sure they were in display rooms not shown. The museum of Natural History in NYC is huge. They weren't featured prominently in the rest of the movie because their characters were not developed individually.
