How'd He Get The Blade Thingy?

I haven't seen it, I just found out about it playing the room escape game based on this. There's no plot summary or taglines here on IMDB, so all I know is the dude has a blade thingy that comes out of his hand. Could someone please fill me in on the details?

I think someone said it was a hereditary thing in his family, someone else said that it was just him.

it was just him.
THis sword was inside his body and he had this gift and a defect in both meanings through all of his life. When he grew up he decided to use this ability to withdraw sword from his wrist to revenge his father for troubles coased to him and his mother.
He was suffering because of this defect for all of his life and the line of love in the film is very intersting because of this peculiarity of Shasha's power.
