Is it really a good script?

The script is supposed to be an addaptation from Antonio Soler´s novel "El camino de los ingleses" however the novel is quite extensive and I´m sure that the author himself has found many troubles with the limits of the cinema format.

Furthermore, this is has been the first script that Antonio Soler writes. I hope that he has been helped out. Anyway, what this guy knows about movies???!!!

Hello, I have not read the book. However, I can tell you that the film is really boring and feels far too long. Parts of it are simply nonsensical.
