shareThis show is the televisual equivalent of venereal disease, the epitome of all that is mindless and facile about Channel 4. It used to be a great channel, now watching it is the televisual equivalent of finding a much-loved and respected auntie giving favours to strangers in the gutter in return for crack money. Balls of Steel is insulting to anybody above the level of sophistication required to have watched The Word, and I greet the news of its renewal with the same enthusiasm that I would reserve for being forced to perform oral sex on a diseased warthog at gunpoint on threat of death. This programme is a flourishing fungus that draws attention to the slow, wet decay of society's xylem tissue.

shareNo, it isn't. It's abhorrent and dimsal. We all have different senses of humour of course, but there are people who think Tittybangbang is funny, which undermines the merit of the whole democracy of opinion thing.
I'm not saying you shouldn't watch it, I'm just saying it's one of the worst and least funny programmes ever made, presented by a man with no visible ability and founded on a notion tailored for, and only really consumable, by the credulous. But if you like it god bless you, carry on.

No, absolutely, and I wouldn't want to stop anybody from watching this programme if they enjoy it. But I do personally think this programme is so spectacularly awful I had to say so. Now you're right, I can watch something else - and I certainly shall - but since I hold a strong opinion about this programme I'm entitled to express it, and others are entitled to ignore it. I know what you mean, why spend time on something I dislike..? Well, cos opinions are not only reserved for those things we like - and this IS the only thread on the board that I've ever contributed to.
