Question?

So I kind of like the movie even though a lot of it doesn't make sense, but I like the whole idea of "fate" and that he was "meant to die". But I agree that there are way too many plotholes and it's kind of weird.

But what I was wondering is how did his head come rolling out of the coffin if the entire car exploded along with the big truck? Wouldn't he be ash? Serious question. I really am wanting to know. I don't know how it would work if that was to really happen.
