was there a scene...?

I watched this the other night on FX, so it was sanitized for cable (in other words, no cuss words, no severed head rolling down the street). I expected, when Jim and the girls got home Sunday, for them to want to start the puzzle and he told them he'd help them with it later (as they tell their grandmother Thursday). Was that in the film?


Also, watching this, I was reminded of the saying from Lost, "Whatever happened, happened."
