From Tuesday to Sunday??? SPOILERS

So, it is Tuesday night and Linda says " Wake me up if tomorrow is wednesday", she has jim promise...
Ok. She wakes up the next day on the Friday ( The night before, when she is told jim is dead which is the thursday, she falls asleep on the couch), confronts the lover, makes funeral arrangements...
Then she sleeps again and wakes up on a Sunday??? Should it have been the Wednesday?? And shouldn't he be dead by Sunday??
