I really wanted this to be good but it wasn't. I think it tried to be Napoleon Dynamite(which I hated) with pirates but it failed. Sorry, Kirby. Still think you're a great actor. Better luck elsewhere.

I don't know what movie you were watching. Napoleon Dynamite relied on weak slapstick, and silly immature noises and characters for it's comedy. Pirates has comedy deeply routed in subtlety and brilliant story telling. They're very very very very different films
