I know not all of you would want the movie to get made but if they did who would you want it to be?
To me the actors would be.
Carla valenti: Jolene Blalock
Lucas Kane: Zachary Quinto
The Oracle: Dominic Purcell
Markus Kane: Paul Bettany
Judi Dench: Agatha
Vincent Cassel would make a perfect (albeit French) Lucas Kane, I think with his hair slicked back he'd even have the same hairline.
shareLucas Kane sounds, resembles and in the end of the game even acts like Keanu Reeves. Thus, Keanu Reeves is Lucas. And I don't know how you interpreted it and I know it's your opinion, but I consider the Oracle to be OLD AS *beep* and not exactly having Dominic Purcell-like features. Also, Carla Valenti would be Vanessa Marcil and Omar Epps would be Tyler Miles.

Lucas Kane - Edward Norton would be awesome, but if age is a factor, I'd choose James Franco.
Tyler Miles - This was a hard one, but an actor who I don't think sees a real good limelight that would work would be Mos Def. Going by younger ages, Sisqo might be able to pull off the cocky attitude that Tyler often times has.
Carla Valenti - Summer Phoenix would be a great choice. She looks like a near carbon copy if we are going by age. Neve Campbell sits high on my list, and maybe Rose McGowan for my 2nd place, my 3rd is the hardest, but Kate Beckinsale, although, I tend to see her typecast in weird movies already, I don't know if I could see her as Carla so easily.
Marcus Kane - Jason Bateman or Paul Rudd, if either of them could play serious roles, although they are good actors, they might be a bit too big to play a smaller part.

Eddie would be perfect as Tyler, though if Eva Mendes came anywhere near it she'd kill the movie.
Lucas Kane: David Hayter (best known for the voice of Solid Snake, but man this guy looks ALOT like Kane, has a wicked voice, and is a regular actor too)
Carla Valenti: Jennifer Love Hewitt (Good with that sort of character)
The Oracle: Eric Bana (throw some dirt in his face and he's perfect)
Markus Kane: Sean Bean (Sean's good at the kinda dignified priesty vibe)
Agatha: No idea.
Miles Tyler: Eddie Steeples (really chill guy, he'd be perfect)
Samantha Malone: Rachael Leigh Cook (lookalike, and not a full frontal I'd shy away from)
David Hayter and Eric Bana locked in a Matrix-esque fight? Yes, please.
David and Sean as brothers? Awesome.
OK, you really got me with David Hayter as Lucas... because that is the best idea I've heard if a movie is made. However, let me place my preferred cast list to let my opinion be told:
Lucas Kane: David Hayter (Guyver 2, Burn)
Miles Tyler: Sam Jones III (Smallville, ER)
Marcus Kane: Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Castle)
Agatha: Maggie Smith (Harry Potter films, Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood)
Carla Valenti: Carrie-Anne Moss (Memento, Suspect Zero)
The Oracle: Sean Bean (Silent Hill, The Island)
Samantha Malone: Rachel Leigh Cook (Josie and the Pussycats, Antitrust)
And one everyone has seemed to forget:
The Indigo Child: Jodelle Ferland if she was younger (Silent Hill, The Messengers), but now probably Adair Tishler (Heroes, Ten Inch Hero).

I don't know about the rest of them but for me Lucas Kane has to be Sebastian Spence. Watch The First Wave he even sounds like him.

Lucas Kane as Keanu Reeves. It would be a perfect role for him, and a tribute to the Matrix Trilogy. "Whoa, what's happening?"
He is a great actor, built for these sort of roles.
