I'm stuck on the part where Miles realises the significance of the bookmark and Valenti tells him to fax it over. What do I do then? Can anyone help?

u fax it! then switch characters.

Yeah, I'm having trouble faxing it for some reason. I'm standing it front of the fax machine, but can't get any further. Any help? :-)
